I was absent that day in high college when we studied strategic life planning or corporate ladders. I was probably out spelunking or mountain biking, dirtbag camping, and flying by the seat of my pants staying absolutely to busy for academics. The day after I finished college in 2005 was a bit of a rude awakening.

I woke up one day with the “job” and suddenly I had enough bills to float all the things I no longer had time for. I had the best gear I could find and I used it once a year on that four day vacation I got. Life had transformed from an adventure film to grand canyon postcard and that wouldn’t do at all.
Fast forward to today and my team and I have doing what it takes to put new gear on the table for what has become a never ending adventure. Climbing, Surfing, Powder Chasing, and knocking back a few brews is now the prerogative. ThrashReview is a glimpse into that life and what we are up to.

• It’s the outdoor life style done our way.
• It’s a team input and believe me, we give it hell.
• It’s our adventures, constructive views on gear, an what ever else we want.
• It’s our videos when we have time and other peoples when we don’t.
• ThrashReview is the adventure we hope you have the guts to jump into.

When we have time, the team and I try to refine ThrashReview into something more people will enjoy but at the end of the day its a lot raw, a little offensive, and unquestionably enjoyable (yes we read your emails and comments, Thanks!).

We have learned a lot along life’s journey and plan on experiencing the full brunt force of adventure as often as possible.

Send us you requests, comments, gear you want us to review, and check back often. And if you see a spelling error before the editors gets to it.. Odds are it was written in a tent somewhere on reserve power of a MackBook so cut us some slack.
